mySymfoni.com is a tool for you and your co-workers – a closed room where you can discuss, save information and plan your work. It is easy to use, you do not need to install programs or take a class to understand how the tools works.

To use mySymfoni.com you need a browser (Internet Explorer 7 or later, Firefox 3 or later). In the address field enter www.mysymfoni.com.
Use your Username and Password to login. Please contact your system administrator if your username or password does not work.

The page got four sections:
A)The list shows the three latest project rooms that have been updated – members or descirption. When you visit the page for the first time the list is empty. If you only visited one or two project rooms only those will be in the list. To enter one of the projects in the list, click on the current project name.
If you own a project room, i.e. you created the room, it is possible to change the project settings – Edit beneath project name or remove the room – Delete beneath project room. The Project settings concludes project name, description of the project, project logo and functions to remove members.
The Project name is what will be presented in the list above. Changes will take affect immediately when saving the settings. The description is also presented in the list, beneath project name. The Description helps other users to select the right project in the list.
To remove members in your project, just deselect them from the list:
If you want to add members follow instructions under chapter named Members.
B) If the project you want to open is not in the list, you need to search for it. Enter a part of the project name in the Search field – when you have entered three or more letters a search will be triggered and the result will be presented in the list. If you do not find the project you want, please try more letters. If it still does not appear, please contact the project owner (maybe your not yet a member of the project room?).
C) If you want to add a new project select Add project. Enter the Project name in the dialog box:
Choose template (mallar som hämstas från docman, foldrar och dokument, helt ftg anpassat), and finally click Create new project. When the project has been created it will be show up in the list.
D) You will find a shortcut to the one project you last opened in this area. If the project has a description to it, this and a link to open, will be displayed underneath the project name which in itself is a link to the Project Start page.
E) You can at any time return to this start page using the icon of the “the house” in the top right corner.

In the top right corner there is a link you use to log out from mySymfoni. “Logout” will take you back to the log in page.
